PRIVACY POLICY

This Service is a product of Experience Publishing, Inc. ("Experience Publishing"). Experience Publishing creates and distributes a variety of web-based products and services. We are dedicated to improving your situation, including the long-term protection of your privacy.

This policy explains how we use the personal information you submit. As we update and expand our services, this policy may change, so please refer back to it periodically. If you use any of Experience Publishing's services, you agree to these terms.

This policy applies only to Experience Publishing's websites, but not to any third-party websites to which we may link. Your use of the websites is governed by Experience Publishing's Terms of Service, as well as by any other published rules pertaining to a particular website.

Basics

When you register for an Experience Publishing product, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to process your order and to communicate with you. We use your email address to send you material related to your subscription, as well as messages about special offers, promotional announcements and consumer surveys. Occasionally, we send our customers special offers and promotional information via postal mail, using the shipping address you provide. If you do not wish to receive announcements or postal mail, simply go to the Customer Service page and send us a note indicating your preferences or unsubscribe using the link above.

How Information is Collected and Used

We receive and store any information you enter on our websites (or give us in any other way). The information collected includes your email address, password, full name, billing address, and credit card number. You must be at least 13 years old to use Experience Publishing's services.

We store this information so that you can readily access this information later to make future orders quicker and easier. If you want to update your address or change credit cards, go to Customer Support and make the appropriate changes. You must be signed in to access Customer Support.

Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from subscribers under thirteen years of age. If you are under thirteen years of age, you should not register to become a Subscriber or provide personally identifiable information on any of the Sites. If you are the parent or guardian of a subscriber under the age of thirteen whom you believe has disclosed personally identifiable information to Experience Publishing, please contact Experience Publishing at privacy@experiencepublishing.com so that we may delete and remove such subscriber's information from our data storage.

Experience Publishing also offers an Affiliate program, where affiliate members direct customers to Experience Publishing through links on their websites. We ask affiliates for their site name (URL), mailing address, primary contact, pay-to address, technical contact, and other site-related information to determine whether a site will be included in our network of affiliates. You can visit the Affiliate program part of the site for more details. The information collected from our affiliates is used strictly for that program, not for general marketing purposes.

We also track your billing history so you can access Customer Support and immediately determine your current payment and enrollment status.
